Welcome to littlegirlsdreams.io (“the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, its community features, and any related services provided by Little Girl’s Dreams. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

Little Girl’s Dreams is a community platform designed to support aspiring beauty queens (“Future Queens”) through a combination of community engagement, sponsorship, and cryptocurrency-based investment. The project is inspired by the journey of young women entering beauty competitions but is not affiliated with any official beauty contest organizations.

Disclaimer: Miss Parichat Siriviboonphanich does not participate in any way in the Little Girl’s Dreams project. Her name is referenced only as inspiration for the project idea.

2. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • Not barred from participating in cryptocurrency-related activities under the laws of your country.

3. Community Membership and Candidate Requirements

  • All aspiring queens must create a group in the Community section to present their projects.

  • Each candidate must invest a minimum of 400 THB in Miss Universe Surin (MUS) cryptocurrency to qualify.

  • Candidates must specify which expenses they wish to have covered and provide timelines for fundraising.

  • By creating their group, candidates may receive guidance from past participants and support from sponsors who are part of the Little Girl’s Dreams community.

4. FanInvestors and Voting Rights

  • Community members who hold Miss Universe Surin (MUS) tokens (“FanInvestors”) may follow candidates and their preparations.

  • If resources from the Cinderella Pool are insufficient to fund all projects, a vote will be held.

  • Only MUS token holders may vote. Voting power is determined by the volume of MUS tokens held.

5. Sponsors and Partners

  • Commercial sponsors generate profits by investing in MUS tokens, which finance their sponsorship activities.

  • As the FanInvestor community grows, sponsors’ revenues increase proportionally.

  • Sponsors are free to choose which candidates they wish to support.

  • Funds from the Cinderella Pool may also be used to complement sponsor support.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

By joining the community, you agree that the Website may collect and display the following information:

  • First name and last name

  • Facebook profile link or username

  • Pump.fun account details

This information is collected for purposes of community transparency, sponsorship, and voting integrity. By participating, you consent to this information being visible within the community ecosystem.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

  • Impersonate another individual or provide false information.

  • Interfere with the security, functionality, or accessibility of the Website.

8. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

  • Investments in Miss Universe Surin (MUS) tokens involve risks, including loss of value.

  • Little Girl’s Dreams does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

  • Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding cryptocurrency use.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (texts, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of Little Girl’s Dreams, unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website without prior written permission.

  • Little Girl’s Dreams provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability.
